Glacier House Resort features a range of accommodations, including cozy studio cabins with 2 queen beds and a pull-out couch, accommodating up to 5 guests. Loft cabins offer a king-size bed and pull-out couch. Family cabins include various bedroom configurations, some allowing pets. Premium Family cabins feature 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds. Small Group cabins accommodate up to 7 guests with a mix of queen and single beds. The two-story Large Group cabin sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, with a drying room. Economy rooms have a king bed, while king suites include a king bed, pull-out couch, and gas fireplace. Select Double King rooms have balconies and mountain views. Cabins offer kitchenettes or fully equipped kitchens, living areas, and bathrooms. Lodge rooms have tea/coffee facilities and free Wi-Fi.

The Gallery Restaurant serves breakfast daily from 7:30am to 9:30am, with views of Mount Begbie. A hot American-style breakfast buffet is available. Summer dining is open from 5pm to 9pm with a Summer Menu. In winter, the Gallery Bar opens from 4:30pm to 10:00pm with an open fireplace. Guests can order lunches from the front desk by 8pm for preparation by 8:45am the next morning. The Pub offers appetizers, salads, and entrees with local beer. Children's menus are available.

Glacier House Resort offers access to a public hot tub in the Lodge building. Guests can hike directly from their rooms to trails like Moses Falls. Snowshoes are available for rent. Guided tours are available to explore the winter landscape. The resort is near Nordic Day Lodge with 26 kilometers of groomed trails for classic and skating techniques. Best trails for skating include Mickey Olson Loop, Easy Al's, and Main Loop. Lit trails are available for night skiing until 9:30pm.

Glacier House Resort is 10 minutes by car from Revelstoke Bridge, nestled between the Selkirk and Monashee mountain ranges. It is located 6 hours (565 km) north of Vancouver and 4.5 hours (410 km) south of Calgary on the Trans-Canada Highway. Nearby landmarks include Skunk Cabbage Boardwalk (5 km), Revelstoke Visual Arts Centre (5 km), and Revelstoke Museum and Archives (6 km). The BC Interior Forestry Museum is 1 km away, and Moses Falls is 2 km from the property. The Revelstoke Golf Club is nearby. It's one of the only towns where you can view a glacier all year round (Mount Begbie) right from downtown.

The front desk is open from 7am to 11pm daily (7:00 a.m. - 09:00 p.m. outside of peak season). Check-in is from 4pm to 11pm (09:00 p.m. outside of peak season), and check-out is at 11am. The property lends itself to large areas to have separate gatherings, marquee set ups, events, training courses and the like, as well as a large catering facility and indoor meeting areas. Glacier House Resort is a non-smoking property except for designated outdoor areas. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Cooking of food is prohibited inside lodge rooms except for microwave use. Rates are based on double occupancy for lodge rooms, 3 adults for cozy cabins, and 4 adults for other cabins. Additional persons are $25 per person, per night plus tax.
